Sydney Edwards is an occupational therapist and registered yoga teacher (RYS 200). She has a passion for helping people with disabilities resulting from neurological conditions or injury. She is committed to empowering her clients to achieve functional independence in all spheres of their lives both within the home and community environment.

Sydney is currently developing her special interest in neurology as an MSc occupational therapy (Neuroscience) student at the University of Witwatersrand, SA. Following four years in acute rehabilitation, Sydney took the next steps with Dale towards her passion to provide disabled individuals access to and participation in adaptive yoga within their community. Sydney believes this new, holistic and exciting approach will not only provide physical benefits, but also promote an overall quality of life in people living with disability.
